Anand Chandrasekaran, the chief producer of online store – Snapdeal has quit the job within a year of joining as he is also looking forward to starting his own venture. Chandrasekaran was the Chief Product Officer of Airtel before he started working with Snapdeal in June 2015. Previously, he was working with the Yahoo as a Senior Director.
The co-founder of Snapdeal – Rohit Bansal has announced the news of Anand Chandrasekaran’s exit on Twitter. Chandrasekaran has actually quit the job to pursue his entrepreneurship.
The news started going viral after Rohit Bansal tweeted, “Feeling proud of the super work by you and the product team. Hard to believe that this was just one year. Farewell, keep rocking!”
Chandrasekaran has contributed the best work on the product side at Snapdeal. His amazing skills and insights have helped Snapdeal traverse quickly towards improving products and services.
Chandrasekaran has completed B.E in Electronics & Communications Engineering and also having dual M.S degree in electrical engineering and management science. Moreover, he was granted as a Young Global Leader at World Economic Forum.
